| 2 of 3 people found the following review helpful:  Old version, not same as in Android Market, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Decaf Amazon EC2 Client (App) The version here is a bit cheaper than in the Android Market ($9.99 vs. ~$14), but it is older. I noticed that users were commenting that you could move the app to the SD card in the latest version 1.1.18, but in the version sold here (1.1.16), this is not possible. This will make it unusable for a majority of users who constantly live close to the memory space limit of internal phone memory. Update: App was updated within one day. Turns out 9Apps had submitted it to Amazon and they didn't even know they had it in their possession for approval. There's only a few that this application supports. 2) There's no contact information for the developer in the application itself (e.g. Feedback) 3) Notification bubbles can drive you crazy as they appear each time, and not just the first-run instance Pros: 1) Let's you monitor your EC2 amazingly well! That's all. Too bad Amazon doesn't allow returns on these applications within 15 minutes as this application is useless for me seeing as I only wanted to monitor a region the application doesn't support. |
